Corporate Setup $2,000* USD

Coastline Legal offers corporate setup and advice. Included in this service is an initial consultation to discuss the setup of the clients' corporate choice and their goals for this corporation. We do the complete setup with the Department of State, prepare corporate documents and provide a review meeting. The client is provided a corporate binder along with seal, corporate shares, By-Laws, Operating Agreement (whichever appropriate for the corporate choice) and organization for corporate documents. A Final meeting will be held to exchange corporate documents and any last-minute questions.
