Senator Rick Scott’s Secure U.S. Bases Act, which was passed and became law as part of the 2021 NDAA, reforms and improves foreign military student training programs following the terrorist attack at Naval Air Station Pensacola on December 6th, 2019. The 2021 NDAA also includes $740.5 billion in defense spending and a 3% pay raise for our troops.
